They even have their own Salty Shores brand of coffee. You can either drink it in house and buy a bag to take home.

🏦 The cafe is located in what is locally known as “the old Royal Bank Building”on the corner of Main and Station Road. The Robertson Building was built of brick in 1909.

💡 Fun Fact: The train station was located at the end of Station Road. The train came through in the early morning hours, before the bank opened. On money delivery days, a bag filled with cash was left on the back steps of the bank. A few hours later when the bank opened, the manager would retrieve the bag, unlock the door and place the money in the vault. The bank vault is now the walk in cooler and in all those years the money left on the back step never went missing.
