🎉🥗🦞 🚘The best thing about a day on the Road? Answer - the restaurant stop!
🌟 Rebecca's Restaurant was the perfect answer. A great variety of choices and daily specials. My go to is a seafood cake and there’s always a new feature of the day.
📕 My menu choice - Fishcakes.
Panko crusted fish cake made with risotto rice instead of potatoes.
🦞 🐟 🌿 Today it’s lobster, halibut, lime, tarragon and dill.
🥗 A side salad completes the order. The plate arrived full of colourful goodness - “seafoodcakes”, green salad with carrot spirals and a side of lemon, thyme vinaigrette dressing. A sweet onion chutney topped off the cakes perfectly. Fishcakes are $24 plus tax.
